Delivery and Returns

Don't worry - It's OK if you have changed your mind! You can return the product within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you received your order and you would like to return it, please follow these steps:

Request a return
1. Login to your account on nice. Go to "My Account" then "Order History". Select the order then select the product/s that you wish to return. Enter the return reason. You will then receive a confirmation email for the return. If you are a guest customer, press on "Track Order" and enter your order number and email address.
2. Make sure the item is in its original condition and packaging.
3. We will send you a return Airway Bill from one of our courier partners. You are kindly requested to drop off the item to the nearest courier branch.
4. After we receive the item from the courier partner, we will inspect it and transfer the money back to your card. If you paid in cash, we will contact you to get your bank details and transfer you the money. The refund process takes between 10 to 14 working days.

 

In the event of a return as a result of product malfunction or manufacturing defect, damage upon delivery or delivery of the wrong product, customer will not be charged for any shipment fees or/and Bank transfer fees. In case of returns for other reasons (i.e. customer needs an exchange or customer changed his mind) shipment fees or/and Bank transfer fees will be charged to the customer.

Textile and personal use items are not returnable for your own safety and hygiene.

Item exchange isn't available now. You can only return the item and order another one.
