Delivery and Returns

Don't worry - It's OK if you have changed your mind! You can return the product within 14 days of receiving your order.

If you received your order and you would like to return it, please follow these steps:

Request a return
1. Login to your account on nice. Go to "My Account" then "Order History". Select the order then select the product/s that you wish to return. Enter the return reason. You will then receive a confirmation email for the return. If you are a guest customer, press on "Track Order" and enter your order number and email address.
2. Make sure the item is in its original condition and packaging.
3. We will send you a return Airway Bill from one of our courier partners. You are kindly requested to drop off the item to the nearest courier branch.
4. After we receive the item from the courier partner, we will inspect it and transfer the money back to your card. If you paid in cash, we will contact you to get your bank details and transfer you the money. The refund process takes between 10 to 14 working days.
 

Textile and personal use items are not returnable for your own safety and hygiene.

Item exchange isn't available now. You can only return the item and order another one.


Pickup from store

Return Policy

“Pickup from store” orders can only be returned to any NICE stores, no other return method will be facilitated for now.

Return and Refund Process

Step 1: Walk in to a nearby NICE store with the original invoice and the product(s) you want to return

Step 2: Hand over the product(s) you wish to return at the dedicated counter and someone from our authorised staff will assist you with the process

Step 3: After the item(s) are received and inspection is carried out the amount will be refunded back to your original payment method. The refund process can take up  to 14 working days depending on the bank(s).

Important Notes:

  • The item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging
  • The textile and personal use item(s) will not be returnable for your own safety and hygiene
  • Item(s) can not be exchanged at the moment, you can only return the item(s)
